New market opportunities for Amarande with pre-needling machine

For the production of heavy felts from natural fibers, the technology group Andritz AG, Graz/Austria received an order to supply an elliptical cylinder pre-needling machine from Amarande SAS for the plant in Lussac les Châteaux/France.
The new plant is scheduled to go into operation in the second quarter of 2021.
Andritz offers a full range of elliptical cylinder pre-needling machines for different weights, widths, speeds and needling capacities: PA.169, PA.2000 and PA.3000. The machines offer advantages particularly in the production of heavy items, special applications and for demanding areas of application such as the automotive industry.
Amarande specializes in the production of felt and wadding from recycled textile and natural fibers (wool, cotton, hemp, flax, jute, etc.) and is active in various markets such as furniture, greenery, horticulture and insulation.
